I took my 9 year old here earlier today and got in super quick, all staff members were very nice, friendly & helpful. Dr. Isler treated my daughters root canal in about 15 minutes, it was so fast! But that’s not to say we were rushed. He explained everything he was doing to me and to my daughter so she wouldn’t feel scared or have any unexpected pain which made her more at ease. Would definitely recommend going here.

Wait time was good, they were ready for me only minutes after the estimated time. The lady that brought me in was very polite and down to earth, and also patient with me. Procedure was fast and done very well. Only thing that slightly annoyed me was the dentist who was kinda sassy and impatient with me, but he still did a good job. I recommend the place.

I had an excellent experience at Mid-Florida Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The front desk staff stood out compared to other places I’ve visited—they were genuinely helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth. The doctor took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure, which made me feel comfortable and confident. His assistant was also very polite, attentive, and supportive throughout the visit. What I appreciated most was the financial aspect—they really worked with me to find the best treatment option at the most reasonable price. That level of care and transparency is not easy to find. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing endodontic care!

Went here upon recommendation from my regular dentist for possible root canal. Not the Endodontist fault that my root was too far gone for repair and he's sending me back to my dentist for extraction, but I will say this place has no warmth to their service. Not a single person smiled or even barely made eye contact during my visit. The endodontist actually sat so far back and off to my side that I had to crane my neck to purposely make eye contact with him when he was talking. Also, in between the time of the referral and my appt, I had another tooth develop an issue but "since that second tooth was not part of the original referral it's going to be a separate fee" 🙄 I guess all that high dollar glass encased sports memorabilia displayed throughout the back office has to be paid for somehow 🫤 This place definitely lacks professional courtesy or human empathy. Also, they charged a 3% processing fee for debit/credit card use. I get that "they're just passing on the fee that the processor charges them" but for the high dollar amounts they collect, who is going to have that kind of cash on them?? That additional fee is something they should be mentioning to patients when they call bac

I want to preface this review by saying that the staff was friendly and Dr. Hamza Mir was professional and did a great job calming my anxiety. My actual root canal experience was quick and relatively painless. I would give the staff 5/5 stars. However, I need to point out that the quote I received on the phone was half of what it actually cost me in the office. It's also unethical and morally bankrupt to have someone "check out" right after you numb half of their face. They did the 3D scans, X-rays, went over the procedure, numbed me and then slapped with me with a bill that was $450 more than what I was quoted 2 days prior. My insurance has not changed. If I would have known the cost up front, I would have denied treatment and had the tooth pulled instead. Absolutely unacceptable to take advantage of patients when they are already numb and vulnerable. The cost consultation should happen before you begin, not mid way through. I even asked the person who checked me in if the $195 for the 3D scan was included in the price I was quoted and she said yes (it was not). Maybe this is standard practice across the board in endodontist offices, but in my experience, the dentist usually goe
